Exactly similar to the traditional sense, Shadow Boxing tests yourself to move, strike, and defense as if there’s a real attacker. The struggle for newbies seems to be that you need to remember to continue striking with as many combinations as possible. Real combat is not 1, 2 – it’s 5, 7, etc.
